Sabudana Thalipith

 


Ingredients 

1 cup Sabudana 

1/4 cup Peanut Powder 

1 small Potato 

Coriander Leaves 

Green Chillies 

Oil 

Method :

Mataji same as we fo for Sabudana Wada just flatten them and roast them with little oil. Make a small pancake size so it is easy to flip.

1 cup soaked Sabudana + 1/4 cup peanut powder + 1 small potato + coriander leaves little + green chillies fine chopped or grated. Mix well if you feel you can add more potato for binding. 

Flatten it on parchment paper and make a small pancake size. Place it on a hot pan with little oil. Flip only when you see the upper side is a little set. If you flip earlier it will break.
