Radish paratha 


Ingredients

 Whole Wheat Flour -2 cups 

Radish -1 

Spinach leaves -Handful 

Oil

 Green Chillies

 Ginger (optional) 

Ajwain seeds 

Cumin Seeds  



Turmeric Powder 

Coriander Powder  

Gram flour 1-2tbsp 

Salt 

Water 

Method :

Get the radish. If you get along with the leaves it is more nutritious.

Wash leaves and muli well. Chop the leaves finely. I have added a handful of spinach leaves as well.

Grate the radish and keep ready. 

In a pan add oil, green chilies paste. I didn't add ginger you can add. 

Add ajwain seeds, cumin seeds, and chopped radish leaves, and spinach leaves. Add turmeric powder. Saute well then add grated muli/radish. Mix well. Add coriander powder..let the veggie dry up well. It won't be thoroughly dry so add 1 or 2 tbsp gram flour. I add mung dal flour. The flour soaks the water up the mixture is dry. Let it cool then make paratha like usual by stuffing the mixture in whole wheat flour.
