Manchurian
For Manchurian
Chop cauliflower florets in not to big not to small size.
Boil water adds little salt and turmeric powder. Add the florets and switch off-gas. Cover and keep for a few minutes then drain the water.
Add cornflour over the florets sprinkle a little salt and pepper powder then coat them well. Add all-purpose flour in very little water and coat the florets and mix well.
Deep fry it. This method ensures to get crisp cauliflower for Manchurian.
For gravy
Chop cabbage fine, green pepper fine, slit green chilies 2, carrots little.
In a wok add oil grated ginger add the chopped veggies and on medium-high flame saute it.
Add soya sauce, 2 tsp, tomato ketchup 2 tsp, red chilies sauce 2 tsp( homemade).
Add salt and little water so it doesn't burn.
Add 2 tbsp of cornflour and add 1/4th cup water. Add 2 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice. Mix well and add to the veggies. Let it boil once. Add the fried florets
