Gilkyacha bharet 


Ingredients

Gilkyacha Bharet 

Oil

 Cumin seeds

 Green chillies 

Ginger paste  

Salt

 Tomatoes-2 

Coriander leaves

 Fried Peanuts 

Method :

Wash the veggie well if needed roughly scrap the outer side. Not too much.

Cut into round slices. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds green chillies and ginger paste. Saute well then add the chopped veggie. Saute on low heat then medium so all the cut slices are well roasted and cooked. They shrink in size when cooked so add salt later. Cover and let cook. No need to add water.

At the end add chopped tomatoes 2 and fresh coriander leaves. Optional to add fried peanuts. 

Tastes great as a side dish.
