Whole Wheat Bread

 

 




This bread doesn't need any kneading. Just mix, rise & bake.


Recipe 

Ingredients

4 cups Whole Wheat Flour

1 tbsp (11g packet) Instant Yeast or active yeast ( proof it before adding to the flour)

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Maple Syrup/honey

2 cups (480ml) Warm Water 

Method

Add flour, yeast, salt, mix it nicely. 

Dissolve maple syrup in warm water & add these to the dry ingredients. 

Mix (no kneading required) until you have a sticky well-combined dough

Transfer to a greased loaf pan

Let it rise for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 390 f

After the dough has risen, bake it for 40 minutes.
