Ingredients

Tomatoes 

Oil 

 Carrot 

Beans Bell

 Peppers

 Potato 

Cauliflower  

Panner

 salt 

Chili Powder 

Methi 

Jeer

 Dhaniya 

Garam Masala

 Heavy cream 

Cashew or Badam

 Ginger

 Green chilies

 Yogurt or sourcream


Method

Grind cashews, a chunk of ginger,  green chilies and a dollop of yogurt or sour cream to a white paste. Grind tomatoes and keep ready. Add oil in a pan, add the desired veggies like carrot, beans, bell peppers, potato, cauliflower, sauté with some salt. Add the white paste when the veggies are partly cooked. Simmer for a while and then add the tomato purée and add chili powder, kasuri methi, jeera dhaniya garam masala, turmeric powder and simmer for a while, add salt as required again.  . Finally add 2 glasses of milk or some heavy cream at the end till the color is orangish. Garnish with cilantro. You can add paneer if you prefer and use badam instead of cashews if you like .
