Pani Puri Cake

 



Ingredients: For Cake Base

Pudina Leaves 10 -12

Sieved Maida -1cup (130 g)

Butter-50ml,

Powder sugar-2tbsp

Condensed milk-100ml

baking soda-1/2tsp

Baking Powder-1Tsp milk or drinking soda-1/2 cup For Green Chutney

Pudina Leaves - 1 Bowl for Green Chutney

Green Chillies - 2

Chat Masala 1/2 TSP

water-2tbsp

For Sweet Chutney

Imli 25 Gms

Jaggery (Gud) - 75 Gms For Decoration

Crushed puri-1/2 bowl Salted Boondi - 1/2 Bowl

Meetha Syrup Whipped Cream for Icing.

Method

First Greece a tin with Butter, for preparing cake to take 50ml butter, 2tbsp Powder sugar,100ml Condensed Milk then mix all together till powder sugar mix all in the batter, mix around 1 min.

now take mixer in that 1/2 bowl mint leaves without water grind the leaves, then add that paste in the batter now add 1 cup sieved maida, baking soda, baking powder and now add milk or drinking soda now start mixing everything from one side or one direction, batter consistency should be not too loose or too thick, now pour that batter in the tin and tap for 2-3 times to check no air bubbles are there at the bottom.

Preheat the cooker for 15 mins and then keep one ring inside the cooker and then keep this tin inside the cooker now close the lid without whistle cook for 30-40 mins in low flame otherwise, it might be burnt.

Green Chutney

In a grinding jar take 1 cup min leaves 1 green chilly, add 1tsp pain puri masala or chaat masala -, add 2tbsp water then grind it in to smooth paste take that in the bowl.

Sweet Chutney

Boil Tamarind & Jaggery in the water in that water take 2pinch chaat masala or black salt keep this loose we can use this as sugar syrup

Take some pain puris for decoration.

After 40 mins check the cake with a toothpick .. toothpick should be clear once after we dip in the cake & remove it out, which means the cake is ready.

now keep it aside to see the cake to cool down on the cake rake

Now cut the cake into 3 layers


Decorating Cake

Take come whipping cream put on the base then keep one layer of cake, now sweet chutney use as sugar syrup, now take whipped cream and little green chutney and spread it, on top add little more chutney and spread add little Boondi on the top and for second layer moisture with sweet chutney then keep on top of the first layer then repeat same for the second layer whipping cream, green chutney, and little Boondi and spread it in the second layer after whipping cream add crushed pain puri. Now follow the same step for the third layer now mix green chutney in whipping cream and mix it well.

Now that whipping cream spread all over the cake and do all the icing over the full cake, spread Evenly.

Now keep the cake in the Refrigerate for 20 mins, after the cake is cold now in the whipping cream add your favorite color and mix nicely, and with that cream put one more layer on the cake and now the cake is completely flat, now decorated nicely with beautiful design with nozzle tube.

In the middle spread Boondi and in little Boondi add whipping cream and fill in pain puri and then decorated with that pain puri in the middle of the cake.
