Shefu/ Dill Leaves Curry

 




Ingredients

Potatoes-1or 2 

jeera

 green chilies

 Ginger

 Turmeric 

Shefu  / Dill Leaves

Mirch powder

Coriander powder 


Shefu curry method

I take two bunches and wash them first then let it drain and chop it 

Also chop potatoe( May be one or two )

Then in oil add zeera , green chili , hing n ginger and let it cook a little 

Then add haldi n shefu and potato 

Add salt and mix ( cover and cook on sim)

Then open the cover add Lal mirch powder , dhaniya powder and mix and cook on high for sometime with pan open and then close the lid and switch of the gas 

Water shouldn’t be there so adjust the flame mtj , washing n driving water first makes Sabji very nice 🙏🏼🙏🏼
