Poha Vada
Ingredients
Poha - 1Cup
Rice flour -2tbsp
Rava/Sooji -2 Tbsp
Sour Yogurt -2Tbsp
Cilantro
Green Chilies
Curry leaves
Salt
Black Pepper powder
Sugar
Oil-for deep fry (Based upon your pan)
It was surprisingly easy to make and easy to eat many as it was very light. Soak Poha, suppose you take 1 cup, soak for 15 min or more till soft and easy mashable with hands. Squeeze out water from it and mash nicely. Add 2 tbsp rice flour and 2 small tsp Rava/sooji, 2 tbsp thick and sour yogurt. this should now make the dough hold shape. If it doesn’t hold shape add more rice flour. Add chopped cilantro chilies curry leaves salt, little black pepper powder, and a little sugar. Deep fry till golden and crispy ! It stays crispy for long time
