Palak Panner

 






Ingredients

Tomates-2-3 

Panner-10-12 pieces

 Chopped Spinach

  Ginger

 Green Chilli 

Hing 

Garam Masala

 Coriander powder 

Kasturi Methi 

 Oil

  Heavy whipping cream/Sour cream/Milk 

Palak paneer  Method 

In oil add 

Hing

Zeera 

Green chili 

Crushed ginger and tomatoes ( don’t grind it )

Cook it for a while and add spices( Haldi, Lal Mirch, garam masala, and Dhaniya powder ) if you like it tastes good without any spices too ( just salt is enough )

But add Kasuri methi( handful )

Add chopped spinach and keep it covered for few mins, then open and let all water evaporate then add paneer ( either sautéed or as is )

And cover it and simmer for a min or so.

U can add a splash of cream or some sour cream or milk ( tastes good )
