Mango Cup Cake

 



Mango cupcakes recipe:

2 Cups Flour

1 Tsp Baking powder

1 Tsp Baking soda

2 Tbsp Flaxseed powder

2 Tsp cardamom powder 

3/4 C sugar

2 cups Mango pulp 

4 Tbsp oil

2 Tsp Vanilla essence optional( I prefer)

Mix wet ingredients with sugar, flaxseed & cardamom powder then sieve the flour with baking soda & powder add to wet mixture. Mix all together and place them in a preheated oven at 350 d for 12-14min
