Low Fat Paneer Peas Masala

 



Ingredients


Tomatos- 3 small 

Peas -2/3cup

 Cashew -8 

Ginger 

Chilly  

Milk-1/3cup

 Garam Masala-1or 2 Tsp 

Panner - 1/3 block of panner (low fat panner)

 Fenugreek Leaves Ghee-2Tsp

2 tsp ghee


Blend 3 small tomato, 8 cashews, ginger, 1 chilly and  saute in ghee until oil oozes from sides ( I add a little salt and sugar to balance the flavors at this point)

Add milk 1/3 cup for the orange color

Add peas (I used frozen ones) and garam masala (1-2 tsp acc to your  heat level), put the lid, and cook 3 min

add low-fat paneer and put lid and cook another 1-2 min,

garnish with crushed fenugreek leaves (crush in palm) and immediately close the lid. Offer with love to Laddoo💕 and honor

This is the best I could do for a low fat paneer butter masala with peas.

I air-fried paneer, btw not much ghee will ooze out, as it is supposed to be low-fat version

Low Fat Panner: This time  I used  1 % store-bought low-fat panner. 

 But you can make it at home using low-fat milk(1% milk), sometimes I make at home, but when in a rush use store-bought. This recipe takes 10 min to make exactly.

Usually  panner is  made from 2% milk vs. full fat milk (whole milk).
