Ekadashi Uttappam

 



Ingredients

Buck Wheat -1/2 cup 

Sago - 1/2 cup 

jeera 

Asafoetida 

Grated Ginger 

Green Chilly 

oil 

Water

Salt 

Veggies

 Color bell pepper 

Grated carrot

Broccoli

Tomato

 Coriander leaves

Finely powder 1/2 cup buckwheat and 1/2 cup of sago.. in a pan heat oil and add some jeera,  asafoetida , grated ginger, and green chilly..cook for some time..add some water to it and boil..  add salt..turn off the flame... 

In a mixing bowl add the powdered flour and pour this water mixture little by little and make to the consistency of dosa batter.

Heat dosa pan and pour out the batter. if u are making uthappam, don't spread it and add desired veggies as toppings.. or u can spread it out to make dosa..drizzle ghee.. cover and cook in sim flame for 2 minutes..flip over and cook for 2 minutes..
