Chia seeds bites

 



Ingredients

Walnuts

Dates-7-8 (Soaked)

Cardamom Pods 2-3

Chia Seeds 

Dedicated Coconut  powder

A quarter cup of walnuts, 7-8 soaked and drained dates, 2-3 cardamom pods, and 2tbs chia seeds. Blend them together and make balls. They can be coated with dedicated coconut. Or mix with cooked quinoa (1-2tbs). This makes about 8 or so balls. 🙏🏼🙂
