Beetroot -Coconut Burfi

 



Beetroot- coconut burfi.

Ingredients

Grated beetroot - 2 cups

Grated coconut - 1 cup (you can add equal quantities of beetroot and coconut also)

Sugar - 2 cups 

Ghee

Dry Fruits/Nuts

Roast the grated beetroot in ghee

When the raw smell goes add coconut and sugar. Keep stirring till everything combines and starts leaving the pan. Pour it on a greased tray. Decorate with ghee roasted dry fruits and nuts.

Cut into the desired shape when it is still hot. Cool and offer.🙏

Instead of beetroot, we can also add carrots( orange burfi).
