Beetroot Buckwheat Dosa
Ingredients
Buckwheat -1/2 cup
Amaranth flour-1/2 Cup
Besan Flour-2tablespoons
Beetroot
Pink Salt
Half cup buckwheat flour, half cup Amaranth flour, 2 tablespoons besan flour(use Ekdasi flour for Ekdasi friendly recipe), grind half beetroot in the blender with little as 1tbs water or no water. Add pink salt for taste. Mix all by adding water little at a time. U need to have a thick consistency otherwise beetroot will make dosa so watery and won't work out well. For the first time, add a little quantity of each ingredient to test and try.
Make dosa on dosa tawa. Offer it to the Lord.
