Kaju Rolls

 

Kaju rolls are simple Mataji. The outer covering is like we do for Kaju Katli.

For inner filling make paneer and dry it out add sugar snd ad coarsely ground pasta. If you want more professionals to add green color to it.

Keep this stuffing ready. 

Make the Kaju Katli mixture ready. Spread it on the butter paper thin then spread the filling with the help of butter paper roll it up. It will need to be kept in freeze to set.. Once set then cut into desired size slices.
