Ice Cream Cake with Macarons

 




Chocolate cake. Mix all the below ingredients together. Don’t over mix,

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup cacao powder 

1 teaspoon Baking soda 

½ teaspoon Salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup Water 

1/3 cup oil melted butter

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Vanilla extract 

Bake for 28 mins on 340 degree or until done. Let it cool & then add it on the top of the 1st layer

rose flavored icecream: 

 Heavy Cream Or Whip Cream- 400 Ml

Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 Can (400ml)

Ruh Afza Syrup – 3 Tablespoons Or According To Your Taste

Rose Water – 1 Tablespoon (Optional)


1. Place the heavy cream into a large bowl and whisk on a medium speed until soft peak.

2. Add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.

3. Add ruh afza and rose water and stir well to combine.

4. Pour ice cream mixture into a freezer safe tin

6. Cover and place in the freezer for 6-­8 hours, or overnight.


Layers: cake, then icecream & another layer of cake & icecream. Freeze overnight.

Next morning, make frosting with whipped cream & ruh afza. Cover entire Cale with this Frosting. Decorate with macaroons & rose petals

Ps: my whipped cream based Icectem was melting fast so I would recommend using a stiffer I team instead
