Ekadashi Kofta

 




For Ekadashi kofta 


Take raw banana steam it. Peel it snd mash or grate in a mixing bowl add salt cumin seeds ginger and chille paste.. If you want add little potato as well. Add a little oil and little water mix well. Other spices if you wish can add lemon juice or amchur powdered as well 

Stuffing. Grate panner adds salt red chillie flakes and lemon juice. A little black pepper powder.

The covering us with the grated banana mixture. Stuff panner into it. Close edges and roll in Ekadashi flour. Rajgira, samo or singada any is ok. Shallow fry in the pan. 

Done.

Gravy is like makhani gravy. 

When the time to honor Prasadam have a ladle full over the kofta.
