Ekadashi Dosa

 




Panner loft and gravy, Ekadashi idli chutney, jeera Qunioa, Ekadashi dosa, Kaju rolls.


1/4 sago + 1/2 quinoa + 1 full Samo. Any measures you take. Soak then grind let it ferment. This time my batter was a little thin consistency and an hour extra fermentation. So dosa came perfect. Consistency matters a lot.
