Apple Kheer

 




Milk -1 liter

Apples-2

Raisins-2 Tbsp

Saffron-10-12 strands

Sugar- 1 cup 


Take 1 liter of milk and boil in a wide pan, take two apples and peel the skin & grate the apple and keep in the water till the milk boils, stir the milk in the middle so that it won't be burnt.

Once the milk is boiled add raisins you can fry in ghee or you can soak in water and add in milk,  add Saffron to milk which is soaked in water or milk.

Sort the apples in another pan with some ghee or just plain ... there will be some acid in that apples, if we add without cooking there is chance of milk break, cook till it evaporates all water and little color change, Now add sugar in the cooked apple pan, based on your taste you can add little more sugar also and cook for some time till it becomes like pulp, now off the flame and add in the milk and mix it well

Now add some dry fruits  and milk it well  cooked for 2 mins and off the flame  and take in the bowl and let it cool dow for some time and Garnish with chopped Almonds, Chopped cashew nut  and Ready to offer
