Tofu Fry with Rice

Take tofu lightly press it and keep it in a plate slanting the water starts coming out.
After an hour take it cut into pieces keep on the place where you cut it. Sprinkle cornflour and maida over it. Sprinkle chilli powder little and salt.. In a pan take oil a little more ( remaining oil can be taken out later).
Place this cubes which are sprinkled with cornflour / maida in the pan.
You can easily flip it as they are dusted with flour. It will not stick to pan.
In few minutes the tofu is ready. Can use any way if you want in salad or anyway.
Now for this recipe
Remove the remaining oil from the pan. Add grated ginger then add veggies of your choice. I had only broccoli. Sprinkle some salt and 1 green chillie.
Add seasme seeds ( oil if you can use seasme oil is best.)
In a bowl take tomatoe ketchup / or tomatoes sauce, add 3 tbsp of vinegar, add soya sauce and make this sauce ready.
Add this in the pan with veggies and mux well add water. Lastly add fried tofu and mix well. Add little pepper powder
Add water as needed. Just a little.
Done
Cook rice with little salt and keep ready
