Sojja appalu ( traditional andhra sweet)

First, make Ravva Kesari ( Sooji halwa). No need to put too much ghee or sugar. Just moderate sweetness will be good.
I used
1 cup Rava
1 1/4 th cup sugar
2-3 tbsps ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
Few cashew pieces.
Cool the Kesari and make it into small patties.
Take maida or all-purpose flour in a bowl. Add water and make as Bajji batter. It should not be too thick. Dip the Kesari patties in the batter and deep fry in oil until they turn light brown.
