Samo & Sabudana Dosa




Samo and sabudana dosa
Soak 1 cup Samo or Moraiyo and 1/2 cup Sabudana together for 5-6 hrs. Drain the water and grind with 2 green chilies, 1 tsp jeera powder, salt, and few curry leaves. Make a smooth batter.
Heat the dosa pan and spread the batter with a ladle and drizzle ghee. Pan should not be too hot. Cool the pan for 1 min before making the next dosa otherwise, it will stick to the pan.
Offer with peanut chutney or any other chutney
