AvoChia Pudding










Ingredients 

Chia Seeds -1tablespoon 
Avocado -1 
Maple Syrup- 11/2 tablespoon 
Vanilla extract-1tsp 
Almond Milk -1/2 cup  
Banana -1/2 banana

Another simple grain-free satisfying and filling. Beat the heat! Chilling with AvoChia Pudding!  Here is a simple recipe  Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds soaked overnight, 1 ripe Avocado, 1 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup( GradeA) 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup almond milk, few slices of bananas.   
Step 1: soak 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds in 1 cup of water and refrigerate so that it's cool to use in the recipe. (3 hrs)  
Step 2: (After 3 hrs )blend avo, maple, and almond milk with the vanilla extract for 30 seconds. Making a thick creamy texture.   
Step 3: Whisk the Chia seeds if you find any lumps and strain away from the extra water if needed. Mix the Chia seeds and Avo almond mixture and whisk gently fr 30 seconds. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh banana slices and Chia seeds. In the image, I pinched 3blueberries and dropped the juice and used a toothpick to swirl gently. Try blackberries or cherries if you like.
