Pesto Sauce






INGREDIENTS:

1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons pine nuts
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
 salt as per taste
Freshly ground black pepper,
1/3 cup olive oil

Recipe presentation

Combine basil, oil, pine nuts,  in a blender. Blend until paste forms, add little water if required, stopping often to push down basil. Add both cheese and salt; blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.

Instead of pine nuts, we can use badam nuts in the present situation not going out and used what we have at home, That also tastes good.

Delicious pesto!!! So easy and you can use it in lots of ways.   pasta  & Noodles also.
