Pesto Pasta







First make the pesto by grinding basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon. Now cook pasta till done with salt and a spoon of oil. In another pan add oil/butter, add veggies like red bell pepper zucchini olives, etc . Then Add 1 tbsp maida, roast it and when it is tender, add some milk, let it thicken. This is the rue. Flavor with salt pepper, chili flakes, 2 Tsp sugar, oregano, add in the basil pesto, simmer it. Now and the Cooked pasta. Add mozzarella cheese and simmer. You can add extra Parmesan too. If you want it saucier
you can add more milk or water. Adjust salt
