Noodles- cook noodles till soft with salt and oil. Drain. Add oil, grated ginger, long cut veggies like cabbage broccoli carrots bogchoy long slit chilies bell peppers, etc. stir fry in high heat. Sprinkle salt, add soy sauce/ amino/ Maggi all-purpose flavoring sauce. Next, you can add a little ketchup and chili paste if you like- this is optional but a good addition
