Add oil in the pan, you need more oil for this recipe. Splutter mustard seeds urad dal channa dal, green chilies, curry leaves., salted curd chilies( you will get in stores or if you don’t have you can use the red chili) when it is all golden in color, you need to add the buttermilk rice flour mixture and cook. To make the mixture: in a separate bowl- Add lots of buttermilk and salt and hing. You can put one and a half cup buttermilk, one and a half cup water, one cup of rice flour, and mix without forming lumps. Now pour this mixture to the tadka. Let it take time to cook well and leave the pan, you can add some more oil to aid the process. It’s ready to be served with pickle
