Soak 5 hours or overnight
Grind to batter not too thin
Dosa batter consistency
In a pan add coconut oil to this jeers, mustard seeds, Hing, finely chopped red or white cabbage, chopped spinach, grated carrots 🥕 , turmeric
Sauté for a few minutes
Add to the batter with salt
Take a paddle and prepare thin dosas
to sprinkle coconut oil cook well on medium to high flame and dosas will be ready
