Hummus



 
Soak chickpea overnight. Then boil it. I boil in the instant pot 30 minutes setting.
Usually, I make Tahini at home but this time had store brought already with me so used the
Take 1 cup of boiled chickpea to add salt cumin powder, olive oil about 3 tbsp. Keep this ready.
You should get Tahini in Walmart or Kroger. (If you don't have then soak 1/4 cup sesame seeds in little water then add 1/4 cup olive oil little salt and blend in mixer tahini is ready).

Take Tahini to add 1 lemon juice and whisk it in the blender. Then add the chickpeas, salt, cumin powder, olive oil to it and blend well. Done. Hummus is ready. Offer it then if you feel lemon juice needed to add little.
