Homemade paneer: Boil milk, add lemon juice. Once they cuddle pour them in muslin cloth & drain it. wash with water to get rid of lemon taste. Squeeze it and hang until it firms. After 1 hour cut them into pieces &
Pan fry paneer pieces with little salt & oil.
Green chutney: coriander, mint, ginger, salt, sugar, peanuts, lemon juice & yogurt. Blend it & make a paste
Dressing: cashews, almonds, salt, pepper, olive oil & water. Blend it & make a paste.
Potato patties: Boiled potatoes, salt, coriander powder, Jeera powder, dry mango powder, green chili cuts, grated ginger, coriander. Mash it & make patties and shallow fry with little oil.
Salad: Grated carrot & cucumber, cut cabbage green bell pepper, & lettuce. Mix it well.
Roti:
1 cup Rajgira atta, 1cup shingada atta,
1 cup Samo flour, saltwater & oil. Make a tight dough.
Make Rotis by using some dry Samo flour.( I rolled roti, it’s breaking.. so again I make a ball and then rolled again. Each roti I did twice rolling. First I rolled, then make a ball again & rolled)
If troubling to make Rotis, use parchment paper to roll the rotis.
Fry the rotis with oil/ghee.
Finally, arrange them on roti:
On Roti, apply green chutney, potato Patti, salad, $ dressing, paneer & green chutney, roll it and cut into halves.
Offer it & enjoy😀
