Ekadashi muthiya / wadi

    ◦    Ekadashi Muthiya or wadi call it anyway.
    ◦    Grate zucchini you can use carrots or cabbage as well.
    ◦    Add grated green chilies, ginger, cumin seeds and coriander leaves, coriander-cumin powder salt, little amchur powder or lemon juice. Little sugar, oil 2 tbsp. 2 tbsp yogurt.  Add a pinch of soda. Mix well. Add as much Ekadashi atta as can help to make a loose dough. No water needed. I added Rajgira atta and Samo atta. You can add Ekadashi flour. Mix well and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
    ◦    Let it cool completely then slice and shallow fry or make Tadka and roast like Muthiya. Just add cumin seeds while roasting
