Chum Chum





For Chum Chum. Make paneer and tie it up. Once water drains whisk it in the blender so you can save time to knead with your hands.🤓 Next, keep the water about 2 cups and add sugar 1/4 cup or little more to boil, make long cylindrical shapes of the kneaded paneer and drop in the boiling water. Add cardamom powder a little and few drops of rose essence or about 1/4 tsp. Turn flame to medium and let it cook( double the size).   Khoy:  Till this is getting cooked make khoya. Take 1/2 cup condensed milk to add 1/4 cup milk powder and 1 tbsp butter. In the microwave keep it for 20 sec and then mix it do it till all the liquid evaporates. Not too dry.  Add cardamom powder to this khoya. Once it cools down get it in a zip lock so we can easily spread it into the Chum Chum.  Garnish  For garnish have some dry fruits chopped and ready.  Procedure.
