Cabbage -Carrot Koshimbir

Grate cabbage and carrots as much as you need and take it in a bowl. Add 3-4 tbsp of curd, 2 tbsp peanut powder/ crushed peanuts, cilantro, salt, and some sugar. Take oil/ ghee in Tadka pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera, Hing, green chilly, curry leaves, and again some cilantro. Add this Tadka to the salad and cover for 2 min. Koshimbir is ready to offer.
