Lemon Loaf Cake

Ingredients
Flour — 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Curd 1cup
Butter 1/4 th
Oil 1/4th
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon zester 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
Oven 350 degrees and 30 to 40 min
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, curd baking soda, and baking powder and leave it 3 min
3. Then add butter, oil and lemon zester mix it well
4. Add flour and lemon juice
5. Pour into greased pan
6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the pan used. To test if the cakes are done, insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
7. Take one bowl and add 1/4 th cup sugar and add 2 spoons lemon and heat in the microwave
8. After the cake is done immediately just make small holes and pore sugar lemon water and let that cool
9. Lemon Icing
* In a medium bowl whisks together the 1/4th cup powdered sugar, 2 spoons lemon juice, and mix until smooth. Add in a little more powdered sugar add as needed.
* Remove the cooled loaf from the pan and drizzle or pour over top.
