Kadi Pakora



Take 3 cups dahi add 3/4 cup besan run it in mixer
Take oil in pan
All mustard zeera  methi dana , hing
Curry leaves , red chili whole , ginger chili , bay leaf n cloves
Cook it nicely till ginger is almost brown
Add dry spices and one small tomato , don’t cook it mushy
Then add the dahi Mix and adjust water and add salt n kasoori methi and let it come to roaring boil and put it on sim and cook for 15 mins
Put tadka If ghee zeera and kashmiri chili powder
For pakoras
Take one cup besan
Add spices n ginger n ajwain
I added chopped spinach ( cabbage , zucchini , methi anything can be added )
Then make seninthikc paste n make pakoras and add in kadhi when u switch gas the gas
Put cilantro n kadhi n ready to offer
